I have been involved in men’s ministry since 1984 when I helped establish a men’s ministry in our church. I also led men’s small groups for many years. Going through Men’s Fraternity back in 2005 changed my perspective on working with and leading men. We began to implement the principles of Men's Fraternity from the book, “Raising a Modern Day Knight,” with my grandsons. Since then, we have seen God working in their lives to develop them into godly men according to what the Bible teaches. Our goal is for them to become godly husbands and fathers that love and lead their families to live for the Lord.

I’ve worked in a men’s ministry for over 15 years and have been utilizing Men’s Fraternity – Quest for Authentic Manhood and 33 The Series for almost 20 years now. I have not only been a leader of the program but have taken what I’ve learned and been applying the lessons learned to my 5 boys and training them up to be R.E.A.L. men who love God and one day love their wives the way Christ loves the church. Already seeing this play out with my oldest son Caden and excited to see what God will do in my other 4 sons.

I have been through several sessions of Authentic Manhood, but most of my understanding has come from being with my dad, seeing how he loves my mom and the example he has set for me and how I
need to reject passivity, expect God’s reward, accept responsibility and lead my family. I am excited to take what I’ve learned, build on it even more and teach/show my boys how to be the
next to build onto our family’s legacy of R.E.A.L. men!
